The caffeine in your body can be really harmful at times. Thus, it is important to reduce intake of coffee, soda etc.  The alcohol consumption must be restricted as well.


  • Exercise- One of the best thing that you can do to restore the mineral within your body is exercise. This will improve your cardiovascular health. This will maintain a healthy weight.  You can say, exercise is a great investment through which you will gain in future with regards to bone health.  This will make your bones and muscle strength.  Go ahead with the session of exercise at least 3 times in a week for a healthy body.
